Retail real estate services firm Levin Management announced Monday it has been named the property management firm for a shopping center in West Orange.
The 351,000-square-foot Essex Green, located at 495 Prospect Ave., expands Levin’s retail portfolio in Essex County, according to Robert Carson, Levin’s executive vice president.
“The addition of Essex Green is significant for us because the shopping center’s new owner is a long-time Levin client,” Carson said in a prepared statement. “We are delighted that the company’s principals recognize our capabilities and expertise in the delivery of property management services. This assignment is another example of how our ability to consistently meet, and exceed, client needs continues to foster long-term partnerships with retail landlords.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Essex Green is a very strong supermarket-anchored property in a desirable submarket with excellent local demographics,” Carson said in a prepared statement. “Our efforts here initially will focus on making enhancements to the center’s curb appeal as well as adding new signage for the new owner. We intend to uphold Essex Green’s quality by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for shoppers.”
