Alex Binder, of Long Branch, was recently voted as the New Jersey Medical Group Management Association president, after having served in the role of vice president.
Also voted into new roles were Joan Hendler as vice president and Thomas Zeug as secretary/treasurer.
Binder is vice president of physician services at the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, and is also an adjunct professor at the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University.
Hendler is the executive vice president for Remex Inc., and has previously served as a board member for the New Jersey Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Zeug is currently the chief operating officer at Tenafly Pediatrics, and has served on the NJMGMA board of directors previously, including as newsletter editor and chairman.
