Hollister Construction Services announced Monday that it has opened a new office in Trenton to support the company’s growth.
The office enables the commercial real estate construction manager to service clients in Trenton and nearby cities, including Camden and Philadelphia.
“We were driven to open this new office by our commitment to our clients and future projects throughout the region. Trenton is a city that continues to grow and develop, and we are positioning ourselves to service current and future clients,” Christopher Johnson, CEO of Hollister Construction Services, said in a prepared statement. “We have assigned Brian Lemchak as Hollister’s market leader to oversee operations and ensure that our client service in this region exceeds all expectations. Brian is a seasoned teammate with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry and his leadership will help us build lasting relationships that expand Hollister’s reach.”
Hollister is currently managing a variety of projects in southern New Jersey, including a new 80,000-square-foot education facility for the International Academy of Trenton Charter School and the renovation of a 71,300-square-foot property at 400 Alexander Park in Princeton.
“Rejuvenating landmarked buildings and transforming them into impressive structures is something that we love to do and are proud of. We are confident that the new International Academy of Trenton Charter School will be the first of many in Trenton,” Johnson said in a prepared statement. “Hollister has been part of the city of Newark’s revitalization process and we would love to bring to Trenton the success we are having in Newark.”
