American restaurant and sports bar Blu Alehouse will open its second New Jersey location in Woodbridge.

The restaurant will occupy a 12,300-square-foot space at St. Georges Crossing, a 340,000-square-foot Middlesex County shopping center located at the intersection of Route 1 & 9 and Route 35, according to North Plainfield-based Levin Management, the property’s leasing and managing agent.

“Blu Alehouse is an exciting addition to St. Georges Crossing,” Robert Carson, Levin’s executive vice president, said in a prepared statement. “The tenant intends to renovate both the exterior façade and interior spaces to create a contemporary look, and to present an upscale menu similar to its original location.
