Chidren’s apparel and accessories brand Carter's announced Wednesday that it has signed a lease for 4,300 square feet at the Somerville Circle Shopping Center in Raritan.
North Plainfield-based Levin Management exclusively leases and manages the 157,000-square-foot property, according to a news release.
Jake Frantzman, senior leasing representative at Levin, negotiated the lease. Stephan Miller and Jerry Welk of Welco served as the tenant’s broker.
“The addition of a strong national tenant like Carter’s reinforces our ongoing commitment to provide area shoppers with a variety of high-quality retail options,” Frantzman said in a prepared statement. “Somerville Circle Shopping Center’s affluent consumer base and accessible location proved to be very attractive to this tenant. Carter’s is a wonderful complement to our existing co-tenancy, and we are confident the store’s presence will drive additional traffic to the center and contribute to its ongoing success.”
