A boutique portrait studio has leased 1,856 square feet in The Siena Montclair, filling the final retail space at the luxury mixed-use building.

The Pinnacle Companies, the Montclair-based co-developer of the seven-story building at the corner of South Park and Church streets, said Tuesday that Little Nest Photography is joining other tenants that include Jimmy John’s gourmet sandwich shop and the Chocolate Works interactive chocolate factory experience.

“Offering a fresh approach to family portraiture, I am thrilled to be bringing such an amazing brand like Little Nest Portraits to downtown Montclair,” Brittany DeMaio, owner of the studio, said in a prepared statement. “As a Montclair resident myself, I know that this space at The Siena will allow us to truly interact with our neighbors in the Montclair community.”

The portrait studio will open later this year, The Pinnacle Companies said.

“As manager of the ownership group at The Siena, we are very pleased to add a young, successful, local entrepreneur to our development,” Brian M. Stolar, Pinnacle’s chief executive officer and president, said in a statement.

While the building’s 35,000 square feet of retail space has been occupied, there are still some of the 101 residential condominium units available, the firm said.
