Five Centenary students tied for second place at the 41st New Jersey Young Filmmakers Film Festival at the Edison National Historic Site in West Orange. As a way to promote the value of immunizations and the importance of avoiding germs, Lakewood Resource and Referral Center (LRRC) and The Center for Health Education, Medicine and Dentistry (CHEMED), a federally qualified health care center, 1771 Madison Ave. in Lakewood, in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Health’s immunization program, recently held an educational Immunization Awareness Day with several fun-filled and educational activities for Ella G. Clarke Street School third graders. Pictured is Dr. Joanna Beizem, Event speaker. LEO Pharma Inc. announced that Jonathan Scott, professional football player, has partnered with them to help raise awareness for psoriasis across the US. More than 40 corporate employees dressed in high school-themed stereotype costumes and compete in a series of outdoor athletic contests and spirit activities during Oxford Communications’ Oxford Olympics Field Day, designed to build morale, and attract and retain millennial talent.
