Role model: “My father, Tom Gambino. With a degree in economics from Franklin & Marshall College, he chose to be a blacksmith as a career, and then, later in life, entered the political world and was elected to the township committee and then mayor of Cranbury. I grew up always exploring the history of things and how they shape our future. My dad encouraged me to listen to differences of opinion and fact, while holding onto my integrity of what is right and wrong. By doing this, he said, your decisions will always benefit the greater good.”
Last book read: “The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else In Business,” by Patrick Lencioni.
