Achievements: Serving as first head of Fidelity Investments client experience division when it was formed in 2010; leading Fidelity’s regional offices in New Jersey and New York; serving on the board of Citizen Schools, a nonprofit that works with middle schools to expand the learning day for low-income children; helping found Fidelity’s women’s networking group and promoting an inclusive culture at the firm overall.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, St. John’s University.
Role model: “My grandmother. She was a strong woman who instilled in me confidence, as well as a belief in the power of education. She taught me many things over the years, and the lesson she reiterated time and again was that integrity is the most important thing a person can have.”
Go-to stress buster: “Taking a walk. I sit in hours of meetings each day, both in person, on the phone and through video-conferencing. We are fortunate at our Fidelity offices in Jersey City to have a walkstation, which is a full workspace equipped with a treadmill. This is a lifesaver for someone like me who enjoys being active.”
