Role model: “Jesus is my guide, my leader, my friend and confidant. I consider myself a servant leader, and my personal mission is to love, honor and serve the people in my life. We are not here for ourselves. The more we are blessed with in this life, the more opportunity and responsibility we have to make things better for others.”
Go-to stress buster: “Green tea and almonds. Sometimes I use the reformer, which is a mini trampoline. It’s a sight, alright.”
What change would make workplaces friendlier to work-life balance? “Respect and empathy for one another. Respect for time, space, choices and decisions.”
