Achievements: Combining her expertise as an attorney and a nurse to contribute to the leadership and management of HackensackUMC; playing a key role in the growth of Hackensack University Health Network, including the reopening in 2013 of Pascack Valley Hospital as HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley; volunteering for the Center of Hope and Safety, which assists victims of domestic violence and their children.

What do you wish someone had told you when you were first starting out in business? “The importance of relationship building. We all are able to accomplish so much more when we have established effective relationships among our business partners, our colleagues, our staff and our superiors.”
