Role model: “My mother, Eleanor Titian. My father died when I was only a few days old, and my mother was faced with the challenge of raising me and my two older brothers on her own. She was extremely intelligent and resourceful, and she not only provided a nurturing and safe environment in which to grow up, she demonstrated that a strong woman can accomplish a tremendous amount.”
Go-to stress buster: “I find that riding my horse in the morning before work ensures a less stressful day. Even if I find a piece of wood shaving or hay stuck to my shoe halfway through the day, it is all worth it.”
