Achievements: Becoming one of the first part-time attorneys to earn promotion to partner, thanks to her keen understanding and exemplary service in the trusts and estates and tax groups at Wolff & Samson; serving as an active member of Denville Community Church, United Methodist; participating in “Bridges Runs,” efforts to feed the homeless who live under New York City bridges.

Last book read: “I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban,” by Malala Yousafzai.

What do you wish someone had told you when you were first starting out in business? “It would have been helpful if the importance of marketing and networking had been emphasized more. The earlier young attorneys put themselves ‘out there,’ the more contacts they will make and the more experience and skill they will develop in marketing.”
