What change would make workplaces friendlier to work-life balance? “I am fairly flexible when important or urgent family events interrupt people’s lives. I believe most people will appreciate having flexibility available to them.”
What do you wish someone had told you when you were first starting out in business? “Nonprofits are not considered businesses by many, but in fact, they are, with many ways to be tripped up. It is about keeping the financial resources coming in to keep doing the good work of helping those who are down.”
