Go-to stress buster: “Yoga breathing. I’ve learned that you can do deep breathing exercises anywhere, and it immediately is calming. The breathing also helps you to think clearly. Being in public relations, there is always an issue or crisis waiting to happen.”
What do you wish someone had told you when you were first starting out in business? “It’s OK to make mistakes. It’s the mistakes that make you stronger and allow you to learn and grow. All of your setbacks in business are valuable learning experiences that usually lead to greater opportunities.”
