Hill Wallack LLP moved into its new headquarters in West Windsor, where it occupies nearly half of a 100,000-square-foot, newly-constructed office complex, the law firm announced today.
The firm relocated its Princeton headquarters to 21 Roszel Road in the new Roszel Square, which lies right in the heart of the Route 1 corridor, adjacent to Carnegie Center.
Hill Wallack’s new “cutting-edge legal work environment” spans 48,000 square feet across the top two floors. The remainder of the new building is planned to be marketed. The building came about as a joint venture led by Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Mountain Development Corp, with the development team including Mercer Oak Realty and Cassidy Turley as well.
A managing partner at Hill Wallack, Robert W. Bacso, said he was thrilled about having this building as a new headquarters:
“This is a ratification of the firm’s growth over the past decade and the first step in the next stage of our expansion. We look forward to what the future holds for us. Great things are ahead for Hill Wallack.”
