Logistics company signs lease for South Brunswick distribution center

By ,

A logistics and fulfillment company has taken a 172,249-square-foot space in South Brunswick to use as a New Jersey distribution center, according to leasing agent CBRE Group Inc.

Moulton Fulfillment signed the lease at 200 Docks Corner Road, a 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse space owned by Pennsylvania developer Prologis, the real estate brokerage firm said Thursday in a news release. Moulton, which is based in California, is expanding its regional operations, it said.

“Two hundred Docks Corner Road is ideally suited to meet all of Moulton Fulfillment’s needs, as the company continues to build its presence in the state,” CBRE Senior Vice President Thomas Monahan said in a prepared statement. “The property offers convenient access to key roadways and provides all of the amenities that are key to the success of distribution operations.”

Monahan, along with Noah Balanoff, first vice president, and Anastasia Lazarides, client services specialist, represented Moulton out of CBRE’s Saddle Brook office. They were joined in representation by Bennett Robinson, executive vice president, out of CBRE’s Universal City, California, office.

Terms of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
