Three N.J. CEOs among nation's highest rated, survey finds

This week, anyone engaged in the holiday tradition of viewing “It's a Wonderful Life” was reminded by recently minted guardian angel Clarence, “No man is a failure that has friends.” In that sense, three New Jersey CEOs are among the “richest” in America.

According to a survey on Glassdoor, a database of company reviews, three of New Jersey’s CEOs were voted among the 50 highest rated in the country by their own employees.

Carlos A. Rodriguez, CEO of ADP, appeared on the list at No. 23, with a 91 percent approval rating. He just barely edged out Cognizent’s CEO, Frank D’Souza, who ranked 25th, with 90 percent approval.

Finally for New Jersey, Alex Gorsky of Johnson & Johnson entered the list at No. 37 with an approval rating of 85 percent.

The top-rated CEO was Jeff Weiner of LinkedIn, who received an approval rating of 100 percent.

  8. Lloyd C. Blankfein, Goldman Sachs, 94 percent approval
  9. Howard D. Schultz, Starbucks, 93 percent approval
  10. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook, 93 percent approval
