Real estate services firm Colliers International announced Tuesday that it has been chosen to market the available space at the Virtual Health & Wellness Center in Moorestown.

The Mount Laurel-based team of Evan Zweben, Brian Sherlock and Joseph Fetterman will handle the 181,236-square-foot property at 401 Young Ave. for the owner, Health Care REIT, Inc., Colliers said.

“Health Care REIT offers a unique tenant experience,” Ryan Lewis, director of leasing and business development in Florida and the East regions for Health Care REIT, said in a prepared statement. “As a property owner, we provide the security and benefits of a stable, well-financed corporation, but more importantly, we are a long-term partner focused on providing our tenants the best property management services in the industry.”

The property’s current tenants include professional medical specialty companies, including various Virtua Medical Group practices, as well as Larchmont Imaging Associates.
