NAI James E. Hanson, a Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm, announced Tuesday that a personal tutoring and SAT/ACT test prep company has signed a long-term lease in Denville.

C2 Education Systems LLC will open a new 1,845-square-foot location at 276 East Main St. in the Denville Station Plaza.  The 35,000-square-foot shopping and restaurant plaza is located in close proximity to routes 80 and 46 in Morris County.

John J. Schilp, NAI senior vice president, and Ken Fioretti, sales associate, represented the landlord, Denville Station LLC. John Thomas of O’Brien & Company, based in Atlanta, Georgia, represented the tenant.

“C2 Educational systems, like many supplemental education companies, was looking to expand in this region,” Schilp said in a statement. “Denville Station’s highly visible location, near the NJ Transit Denville station and downtown Denville, makes it ideal for the company to meet the demand for its tutoring and test prep services in Denville and the surrounding communities.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  The tutoring center will open in December.
