By ,

LeFrak Commercial announced Tuesday that it has partnered with a pair of companies to market 111 Town Square Place in Newport Center. LeFrak Commercial is the managing agent for the building, formerly known as 111 Pavonia.

Hidalgo Communications, a technology and telecommunications consulting firm based in Cedar Grove, will offer the site to the market. Meanwhile, Atlas Communications Technology, based in New York City, will provide managed service solutions to tenants.

"By partnering with Hidalgo Communications and Atlas Communications, we are excited about all that 111TSP has to offer companies requiring hardened, reliable infrastructure to enable their global communications solutions," Marylou Berk, senior vice president, commercial real estate, at LeFrak Commercial, said in a prepared statement.

The 111 Town Square Place building is a 500,000-square-foot, 15-story Class A building that features more than 100,000 square feet of data center and co-location space. It was built to support the IT infrastructure of major financial institutions, telecommunications companies and cloud service providers, among others.
