Gilberto M. Garcia, a general litigation attorney, has renewed his lease at a Hackensack office building, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Wednesday.

Garcia has occupied 1,030 square feet at Court Plaza South for the past six years, the owner and manager of the property said in a news release.

“This lease extension reaffirms the significant value that Bergen County’s legal community places in Court Plaza’s coveted location and quality on-site amenities,” Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president/director of leasing and marketing, said in the release. “We were pleased to be able to meet Mr. Garcia’s space needs, and look forward to being part of his practice’s growth and success in the years to come.”

The deal was negotiated in-house by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
