Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, announced Monday that the Leanza & Agrapidis P.C. law firm has renewed its lease and expanded its space at the office building.
The law firm will now occupy nearly 4,000 square feet at the 777 Terrace Ave. site, Hackensack-based Sanzari said in a news release. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Sanzari, while Graham “Chip” Conklin of Savills Studley represented the law firm.
“We have been a tenant at Heights Plaza for 10 years, and the building’s excellent location and proximity to major highways have proven advantageous to both our clients and staff members,” Evans Agrapidis, one of Leanza & Agrapidis’ founding partners, said in the release. “Our firm is experiencing steady, sustainable growth and this expansion allows us to continue that growth in an environment conducive to providing first-rate legal services to our clients.”
Heights Plaza is a 200,000-square-foot, six-story Class A office building.
“Having a leading law firm renew and expand its commitment at Heights Plaza reaffirms the property’s attractiveness as a premier Bergen County office address,” Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president/director of leasing and marketing, said in a statement. “By virtue of its location, design and amenities, Heights Plaza is an excellent choice for small and mid-sized office tenants in a wide range of industries. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Leanza & Agrapidis for many years to come.”
