Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., has sold a four-property portfolio to Kushner Companies for $56.5 million, according to a news release issued Thursday.

HFF, a provider of commercial real estate services, announced in the release that it has closed on the sale of the multi-housing properties in Bergen County.
