Muscle Maker Grill adding franchises in N.J., nationwide

Muscle Maker Grill, a fast-casual restaurant franchise, announced Tuesday that it will be opening 22 new locations nationwide, including eight in its home state of New Jersey.

The restaurant chain, founded and headquartered in Colonia, said in a news release it will be opening stores in Audubon, Deptford, Montvale, Northfield, Princeton, Somerdale, Williamstown and at Rowan University.

Other franchises will open in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina and Texas.

The openings will bring the total number of Muscle Maker Grills to more than 75 across the country.
