Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday that two companies have signed leases totaling 7,500 square feet at Glenpointe at Teaneck.

Ramapo Trust of the Brookdale Foundation Group and Creative Circle have taken space at the offices owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive leasing agents for the site.

Brookdale Foundation Group, which provides funding in the geriatrics and gerontology fields, has leased a combined 3,800 square feet along with a related firm for their new headquarters. The firms have combined their New York and New Jersey offices, including relocating the New Jersey office from Parker Plaza in Fort Lee, according to the Cushman & Wakefield news release.

“Glenpointe is a great central location for our organization,” Mary Ann Van Clief, vice president-administration of Ramapo Trust, said in a prepared statement. “It is modern, well-run, comfortable and has a great management team and many amenities. We looked at other locations as we sought to combine our bi-state offices, but this was always our first choice. Our space is wonderful.”

Richard Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield represented Brookdale in the transaction. He teamed with Marc Graham and Christian Politan to represent Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Creative Circle, a specialty staffing agency for marketing and creative professionals, has leased 3,700 square feet. This represents a new location for the agency.

Baumstein, Graham and Politan represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in this deal, as well. Creative Circle was represented by Jim Scancarella and Carlo Brignardello of CRESA.
