Winick Realty Group NJ announced Thursday that Jersey Mike's sandwich shop has signed leases for two Bergen County sites totaling nearly 3,500 square feet.

Winick’s Gary Krauss acted as Jersey Mike’s exclusive broker as it leased 1,736 square feet at 557 North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey and 1,750 square feet at 246 Livingston St. in Northvale.

“Jersey Mike’s has been looking to move into Northern New Jersey for quite some time,” Krauss said in a prepared statement. “Many Northern New Jersey residents also spend time at the Jersey Shore, so there is already built-in name recognition that Jersey Mike’s can tap into.”

In the Ramsey deal, landlord Landmark Real Estate was represented in-house, while in the Northvale deal, Gregg Slater of Equity Associates represented landlord Northvale Shopping Center Associates LLC.

Winick said Jersey Mike’s is seeking other locations in northern and central New Jersey.
