NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. announced Wednesday that it has negotiated the purchase of a 130,000-square-foot building in Somerset.

Principal Eric Johnston and senior industrial brokers Chris Galiano and Rich Galuppo worked on the deal on behalf of the seller, C-III Realty Services, and the buyer, TL Management. The site at 150 Pierce Street includes office, lab, warehouse and manufacturing space.

NAI DiLeo-Bram said in a news release that the buyer will occupy 50,000 square feet of the building and has retained the full-service real estate company as exclusive listing agent for the balance of the site.

“This deal happened very quickly because our client was prepared to act,” Johnston said in the release. “It was 75 days from the day we listed the property to the day we closed.”

NAI DiLeo-Bram is headquartered in Piscataway.
