Levin Management, exclusive leasing agent for Eatontown Plaza in Eatontown, announced Monday that it has signed two leases for a combined 7,700 square feet of space at the shopping center, bringing it to 100 percent occupancy.

Vietnamese noodle restaurant Pho 99 and nail salon Affinity Nails & Spa took the space at the 30,000-square-foot center, North Plainfield-based Levin said in a news release.

“Retailers continue to view Monmouth County as a vital growth market,” Gloria Mercado, Levin’s leasing representative, said in the release. “This lease signing showcases Eatontown Plaza as a highly sought-after retail address for long-term business success. Both Pho 99 and Affinity Nails & Spa will benefit from the center’s exceptional regional demographics and existing customer base.”
