By

A Pennsylvania-based real estate company announced Wednesday that it has purchased two buildings in Carteret.

Conshohocken-based Seagis Property Group said in a news release that it has acquired 600 Blair Road, a 107,000-square-foot warehouse on 5.3 acres, and 100 Milik St., a 181,000-square-foot warehouse on 15 acres.

The property at 600 Blair Road is fully leased, while the one at 100 Milik St. is vacant, Seagis said.
