Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Tuesday that it has represented LSOP NJ LLC, a related entity of Somerset Properties, in expanding Virtua Health Inc.'s current lease by 10,000 square feet at the Horizon Corporate Center in Mount Laurel.

The expansion increases Virtua’s occupancy at 2000 Crawford Place to 28,650 square feet.

WCRE Vice President Christina Del Duca led the leasing and marketing team, which included Leor Hemo, executive vice president, and Jason Wolf, principal. Jeff Tertel, executive managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the tenant.

“It has been exciting to watch Virtua’s growth in South Jersey and within the Horizon Corporate Center, and we are thrilled that WCRE and NGKF were able to fulfill their expansion needs,” Jennifer Wierman, director of leasing at Somerset Properties, said in a prepared statement.

Horizon Corporate Center is now 88 percent occupied.
