NAI James E. Hanson, a Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm, said Tuesday it has finalized a lease renewal for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce at The Meadows office complex.
The chamber has renewed its 3,148 square feet of office space at the complex, which is located at 201 Route 17 North in Rutherford.
Steven G. Leitner, NAI Hanson vice president, represented the chamber in the deal, while Frank Recine of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the owner and landlord, Onyx Equities.
“The Meadows ... is an ideal location for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce,” Leitner said in a prepared statement. “The property provides a convenient location at the intersection of Routes 3 and 17, as well as numerous Class A amenities. When coupled with Onyx’s technology-based, tenant-centric approach to building management, we are confident that the Chamber of Commerce will continue to be well served by this property.”
The Meadows includes two buildings, totaling 600,000 square feet.
