Luxury apartment complex opens in Marlboro

By ,

The Kaplan Cos. has opened a new 250-unit luxury apartment complex in Marlboro.

In a news release, the Highland Park-based developer said it marked the completion of the project last week in a ceremony with township officials. At the time, the complex on Route 79 had pre-leased more than 60 percent of its units.

Aside from its one- and two-bedroom rentals, the “Camelot at Marlboro” community has a 3,700-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, an electric car-charging station and other amenities, the news release said. Kaplan President Jason Kaplan and Marlboro Mayor Jonathan Hornik said the complex is ideal for young professionals and active adults.
