Tocci Building Companies announced Tuesday that Raymond Barker will be joining its Mid-Atlantic team as a project executive, with oversight of construction activity in the New Jersey market.

Tocci, a construction management firm based in Woburn, Massachusetts, said in a news release that Barker will primarily focus on the Golden Triangle Apartments project in East Brunswick.

“Working for Tocci is enticing to anyone who is interested in working for an industry leader in innovative construction techniques,” Barker said in the release. “I am honored to work alongside some of the industry’s brightest individuals, who take pride in their work and produce exemplary results.”

Barker, who has more than 25 years of construction industry experience, worked for Tocci from 2002 to 2006. He has also served as an executive vice president of construction, both for Ingerman Construction Company and Apartment Investment Management Company’s Northeast Region.

“We are thrilled that Ray has re-joined the Tocci team,” Tony Sandonato, Tocci’s executive vice president of operations, said in the release. “His previous experience with the company will be an integral part of our expansion into the New Jersey region.”
