Hill International wins $2M contract in Romania

Hill International, a global construction risk management company, announced Friday it won a seven-year, $2 million contract for a project in Romania.

Marlton-based Hill said in a news release that it will supervise design and construction of Lot 3 of the 62-mile Lugoj-Deva Section of the A1 Motorway. That section of road spans 13 miles.

The contract is with the Romanian National Company of Motorways and National Roads.

"This major infrastructure project will have a positive impact on the growing population of Romania and its economy," Raouf S. Ghali, president of Hill's Project Management Group (International), said in the release. "We look forward to the challenge of such an important project."
