    Rochelle Park-based Case Real Estate Capital LLC, announced Wednesday that it has finalized the purchase of a 16-unit rental building in Brooklyn.

    The direct lending and investment company said in a news release that it paid $4.5 million for the fully occupied multifamily property on the Bushwick/Bedford-Stuyvesant border.

    “The growth and ongoing revitalization of the Bushwick/Bed-Stuy area is nothing short of incredible,” Jon Leifer, director-acquisitions for Case, said in the release. “We are pleased to participate in the transformation of the neighborhood with this initial transaction and have plans to scale up to a moderately sized portfolio there.”
