

A Pennsauken-based provider of information technology and engineering solutions announced Tuesday it has acquired a Canadian engineering company.
RCM Technologies Inc. said in a news release it is buying Point Comm Inc., which is based in Toronto and specializes in high voltage electrical equipment. RCM said it expects the deal to expand its engineering services offerings.
"We are very pleased to welcome Point Comm into the RCM family," Rocco Campanelli, president and CEO of RCM, said in the release. "We believe this acquisition will competitively strengthen RCM as a premier single-source provider of engineering and technology solutions."
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
