Branca Properties Inc. on Tuesday announced the signing of two leases, one in Saddle Brook and one in East Rutherford.
The East Rutherford-based real estate company said in a news release that the first lease was with Axis Global Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, which is taking 83,000 square feet at 400 Lyster Avenue. That brings the property to 100 percent occupancy, Branca said.
The second lease was with ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corp., a producer of elevators, which took 2,000 square feet of office space at 20 Murray Hill Parkway.
Stephen Elman, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented both tenants, while Branca was represented in-house.
“In each transaction, the tenant had very short lead time and needed occupancy almost immediately,” Gavin Daniel, vice president, real estate, for Branca Properties, said in the release. “Effective teamwork between Cushman & Wakefield, Branca Properties and the tenants led to successful deals and extremely quick occupancies.”
