Colliers International, a commercial real estate services firm, announced Tuesday that it had arranged a long-term lease for home health and hospice care company Amedisys.

Amedisys is relocating its New Jersey office from 25 East Salem St. to 21 Main St., Colliers said in a news release. Amedisys will be taking 12,988 square feet in one of three buildings in the Court Plaza complex, and will use it for local and regional administrative offices.

Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent for the class A buildings. Richard Mirliss, executive managing director, and Brian Cass, senior managing director, represented the landlord, Hackensack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, in the deal. Robert Wolfle, of Swearingen Realty, represented Amedisys.

“The company’s relocation allows them to remain in the area, while retaining and providing a better quality of life for their employees,” Mirliss said.
