Jersey City tech company announces reverse stock split

A Jersey City-based mobile media solutions provider announced Monday it will be conducting a reverse stock split.

Single Touch Systems Inc. said in a news release that its shareholders have approved the split, to be conducted prior to March 31 with a ratio of at least 1-for-5 and not more than 1-for-10. The exact details will be determined by the board of directors, Single Touch said.
