Goldstein Group announces leasing results

The Goldstein Group, a Paramus-based commercial real estate brokerage, reported several recent transactions Monday.

These retail leases include:

  • Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, 12,000 square feet, Hawthorne;
  • Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet, 10,000 square feet, Brick;
  • Quaker Steak & Lube Restaurant, 7,500 square feet, Edison;
  • Buddy’s Small Lots, 6,500 square feet, Marlboro;
  • Buffalo Wild Wings, 5,995 square feet, Parsippany;
  • Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, 3,250 square feet, Livingston;
  • Noodles & Company, 3,000 square feet, Fair Lawn;
  • 7-Eleven, 2,500 square feet, Livingston;
  • AAA, 2,500 square feet, West Caldwell;
  • Weight Watchers, 2,500 square feet, West Caldwell;
  • Dunkin Donuts, 2,150 square feet, Rutherford;
  • Chocolate Works, 2,100 square feet, Livingston;
  • T-Mobile, 2,000 square feet, Jersey City;

“We are very encouraged by all the increased leasing activity that has occurred by so many tenants,” Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, said in a statement. “It is a good sign for our New Jersey economy as it continues to improve and, along with consumer confidence improving, we will continue to see the retail vacancy rates declining at a good pace.”
