A Mahwah-based experiential marketing company is expanding into warehouse space in Norwood, according to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the owner of the industrial complex.

Dimensional Communications Inc. will take over 21,000 square feet at 335 Chestnut Street in an expansion of its Bergen County presence, according to a news release issued Thursday.

“The Norwood property is well located and provides high-quality warehouse space to support our business operations,” Robert M. Galbraith, a partner at Dimensional Communications, said in a statement. “We have leased space from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the past, and the company’s hands-on approach to property ownership and management were added benefits to us.”

Dimensional Communications had previously been a tenant at a different Sanzari property.

“This lease signing is particularly gratifying because it demonstrates our commitment to building long-term relationships with high-caliber companies, and reinforces the Norwood portfolio’s standing as a premier industrial environment in Bergen County,” Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises vice-president/director of leasing and marketing, said in a statement. “We look forward to serving Dimensional Communications’ real estate needs for the foreseeable future.”

The lease was negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson on behalf of Hackensack-based Sanzari.
