Billtrust announces two new executives

    On Thursday, Hamilton-based Billtrust will announce the appointments of Tom Iler as chief information officer and Paul Wakolbinger as senior vice president of sales. Each brings a history of management experience and the company is optimistic their inclusion will add to the momentum at the company.

    Founder and CEO of Billtrust Flint Lane spoke to their experience and the value added to the company in a news release.

    “Billtrust is successfully executing on its vision to lead the new era in electronic bill presentment and payments,” he said. “Iler and Wakolbinger will make significant contributions to our efforts. Each brings exceptional skills in their areas of expertise that will accelerate our market penetration.”

    Iler most recently worked as chief technology officer at the New York-based technology company Vibrant Media and carries 15 years of C-level technology experience.

    With more than 20 years’ experience as a software sales and sales management executive, Wakolbinger comes from SunGard Corporate Liquidity, a division of SunGard Financial Systems, where he was senior VP of sales, receivable solutions.
