Commercial real estate brokerage CBRE Group Inc. announced Monday that it has arranged a lease for Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in an Ocean Township shopping center.

The 34,753-square-foot retail property in the Seaview Square Mall at 1000 State Highway 66 North is owned by Wharton Realty Group, CBRE said in a news release.

“The Sky Zone franchise is rapidly experiencing growth, as it opens new locations on continuous basis, and we’re excited to have a part in this expansion,” CBRE senior associate Patricia Riedel said in the release. “It’s not all that common to see a recreational facility of this kind situated in a retail setting, which will really help this location to stand out to consumers. In addition, Seaview Square is already home to various family-centric tenants and, therefore, is an ideal fit for the company.”

Riedel, along with Senior Vice President Nena Mass, First Vice President Suzanne Macnow and Vice President Marta Person Villa, worked with franchise location co-owners Mark and Barbara Glazer to secure the lease.
