James Campbell Company, owner of the office property at 2200 Fletcher Ave. in Fort Lee, has started a $2 million capital improvement project, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive leasing agent and onsite property manager.
The 217,000-square-foot office building will get a new roof and cooling tower, as well as significant parking garage upgrades, Cushman & Wakefield said Thursday in a news release. In addition, the atrium lobby and common areas will be modernized.
“This project is a clear indication of James Campbell Company’s commitment to providing an outstanding tenant environment at 2200 Fletcher Ave.,” Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Baumstein said in the release. “The property already enjoys outstanding competitive positioning, and the improvements will ensure that it remains a preferred location for many years to come.”
The class A property is 90 percent occupied, Cushman & Wakefield said.
