MISTRAS Group awarded radiography services contract

Princeton Junction-based MISTRAS Group Inc., a global provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions, announced Thursday a multiyear contract with Southern Nuclear to provide fleet radiography services.

Southern Nuclear is a nuclear energy subsidiary of Southern Company.

The work MISTRAS will complete will include, but is not limited to, balance of plant, flow accelerated corrosion programs, in-service and vendor location inspection services.

Southern Nuclear is a nuclear energy subsidiary of Southern Company and operates three facilities, Farley, Hatch and Vogtle, which provide approximately 20 percent of Alabama and Georgia’s electricity use.


Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
