G.S. Wilcox closes $74M in financings throughout N.J.

Morristown-based G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced Thursday that it has arranged financing totaling $73.7 million.

The G.S. Wilcox team of Gretchen S. Wilcox, president, David Fryer, principal, and Al Raymond, principal, arranged the financing.

Two loans taken out by a repeat client were made for a 306,847-square-foot grocery store totaling $16.52 million, and a 265,986-square-foot shopping center for $16.26 million.  The shopping centers are located in North Brunswick and Franklin Township, respectively.

A regional bank provided $24 million in financing for the construction of a 59,582-square-foot office complex in Queens County, N.Y.


Also, a $15.33 million loan was taken out at a local bank by a repeat local borrower.  The loan is for a 406,000-square-foot single-story office and warehouse building, including 101,150 square feet of vacant office space. The property is located in Carteret.

Additionally, a $1.5 million loan was approved for a 40,040-square-foot multitenant industrial building in Runnemede. It was made by a life insurance company.
