PSEG unit acquires Vermont solar project

    PSEG Solar Source, a subsidiary of Newark-based Public Service Enterprise Group, announced Wednesday that it will buy the ERWR Whitcomb Farm solar project from juwi solar.

    The facility, which will be known as the PSEG Essex Solar Energy Center, is located northeast of Burlington, Vermont. It has a 25-year power purchase agreement with Vermont Electric Power Producers, Inc., PSEG Solar Source said in a news release.

    PSEG Solar Source said this is its ninth project in eight states, including New Jersey.
