Red Bank building acquisition to create jobs, company says

By

AEP Properties LLC announced Tuesday it had acquired a vacant Red Bank office building, with plans to renovate it for multitenant use.

Arthur E. Pereless, managing director of the Red Bank company, said in a news release that Pereless Systems will expand its customer service and support teams into the renovated property, which will create jobs and ensure company growth.

There are plans to fill the building with other local technology businesses, as well, AEP Properties said in the release.

Brian Murphy, vice president-investments of Sitar Realty Company, represented AEP Properties in the deal.
