DRB Financial Solutions LLC, a Florida specialty finance company, has acquired USClaims, a Moorestown-based company that provides pre-settlement financial support to personal injury victims.

USClaims said in a news release that existing customers “will notice few changes.” The company’s founder, Darryl Levine, will continue as president and all employees will be retained, the release said.

Levine said USClaims had been looking for a financial partner that would allow it to expand its services.

"In the end, DRB was absolutely the best choice for us,” he said in the release. “The company has strong financial backing and smart leadership that we know will be a benefit to everyone here at USClaims, especially our customers. We are excited that we can continue to grow and assist more people while offering some of the best terms in the industry."
